Recycled Bikes
Durango Cyclery accepts bicycle and part donations which we then refurbish and re-imagine into new bicycles that we circulate back into the community. Recycled bikes are sold for just the cost of the labor and new parts that go into the build.
This program originated with Melvin Smiley and Bicycle Lemonade. Have a bicycle or parts to donate? We’d love to give them a second life!
Our recycled bike collection is constantly changing depending on what comes through the shop and the creativity of our mechanics. So, come by and check out what we have- you may just find your new favorite bicycle.
Custom Builds
We love working with our customers to customize build and assemble dream bikes. Have an idea? Bring it to us! Our staff have varied experience in all sorts of riding styles, from DH racing to bikepacking and would love to chat with you about bringing your idea to life.
